Erika Szép-Bíró – creator of mystical forests, wizards and witches, magical patterns inspired by fantasy worlds

Erika was born in Budapest, where she still lives today even though she had a short bypass to the University of Kaposvár doing a Drawing and Visual communication major. After getting her diploma, she started to work at a media agency and later as a packaging designer. Currently she is illustrating and designing various patterns for diverse fabrics and materials. In her personal work, she endeavors to create uniqueness and to utilize symbols and shapes in uncommon ways, and when she makes a design for a client, she always tries to find the solutions that fit best to the personality of the customer. She loves to read and play, she likes creatively made fantasy or sci-fi worlds that often find their way into her artworks.
